The 2025 British Showjumping Academy Pony Camp will include two intensive days of training incorporating flatwork for jumping, stable management and training over fences/courses with UKCC level 3 coaches. The final day will be a British Showjumping Academy Show.
In between the hard work there will be plenty of time for fun, with organized evening activities, and lots more!
Riders to be selected to represent Scotland at National Inter Academy Team Event, Stoneleigh Park (up to the age of 21 years old.)

· All attending must be a member of British Showjumping and an active member with one of the Academies in Scotland in 2024-25.
· Please note a non-refundable deposit of £80 will be required on accepted application and Full Payment by 22nd March 2024. All payments to be made via Horsemonkey, with two separate payments. No cash or cheques.
· All stables will be indoor. Bedding (shavings £12 per bale) can be purchased on Horsemonkey.
· Please note that the Pony being ridden at camp is the Pony that will be given a stable for the duration of camp. There may be an opportunity to bring a second pony if space allows at an additional £100.
· All stable and hook up bookings will be taken through Horsemonkey
· Rules for qualification for the Team Final 2025 to follow, with Show Schedule – incorporates anyone up to 21 years old.
· If any Parent/Guardian cannot attend with their child (under 16 years) and pony you must arrange with another parent/Guardian to supervise in your absence. Children must not be left alone overnight.
· For the evening activities if any parents do not wish their child (under 16 years) to attend, you will be responsible for them at Morris EC while all the staff and volunteers are busy.
· All Camp attendees are expected to take part in the daytime activities and Stable Management sessions. As we have brought these paid people in to enhance your camp experience and fitness. A register will be in place at each session. Full commitment and attendance will be taken into consideration when teams (21yrs and under) are selected for the Inter Academy Championship at Stoneleigh Park August 2025.
· Riding groups for Camp will be selected by looking at current competition results for each rider and pony. We cannot guarantee you will be grouped with your friend(s) as groups are made up of age of rider, size of pony and competition jumping height results.
· If you wish to change the pony attending prior to camp you must give us at least one weeks notice with full details of the new pony, so groups can be amended accordingly.
· Check-in and registration from 3pm on Monday 14th April at Morris EC for introductions and tack inspection. Briefing from 7pm.
· Pony vaccinations must be up to date to attend Camp - please check your vaccinations when booking.
