- The Café will NOT be open but we hope a catering van will be in attendance situated either in the car park or near the warm up
- We hope to secure Photography to capture the fun, photos to be purchased directly after the day

The event will be run under Pony Club Rules, except where otherwise stated.
No pony to compete in more than 3 jumping classes, plus a pairs class.
The decision of the judges is final.
Hats marked with the following CE marks and a quality symbol must be worn at all times when mounted: PAS 015: 1998/2011 with BSI Kitemark; VG1 with BSI Kitemark;

All PC members must have their hats tagged.
Legal liability – save for death or personal injury coursed by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organiser of this event to which the Pony Club Rules 2018 apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horse, owner, riders, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
Health and safety – the organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
Non Pony Club members are reminded that they are not covered by Pony Club insurance and should have their own.
The organisers reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any class and to refuse any entry without any reason.
Please refrain from dropping litter and use the bins provided or take it home with you.
Times, including warm-up times, will be posted by the end of Monday 23rd December 2022 via Horse Monkey
