GENERAL INFORMATION RELATING TO YOUR BOOKING
Below is some information relating to the Equine Centre to assist with your stay at Moreton Morrell College.
· We are a non-Smoking College. Smoking is only permitted in your vehicles or in the designated smoking area- between the round forge building & horse walker. Vaping is only permitted 5 meters from buildings & not inside, Inc. stables, the Indoor & Covered schools or rooms.
· Please ask your stewards/members poo pick all arenas on a regular basis, skips are located outside each arena and will be emptied at the end of the day. Any arenas not kept tidy or left with droppings may incur a fine.
· Please also ensure that the lorry park arena is poo picked and litter placed in bins.
· We ask that all stables are mucked out prior to horses leaving, with the beds up around 3 sides.
· Please ensure that muck is forked back onto the muck trailers at all times.
· Shavings are available to buy at a cost of £10 per bale – please see a member of staff to arrange.
· Access gates must be kept clear at all times including access to the muck trailers for the tractor.
· As part of our safeguarding policy event attendees are only permitted in parking areas and the Equine centre.
