The competiton will run over the same course as the clear round but will be timed and with the addition of a joker fence. The combination with the fewest penalties and closest to the optimum time will win.
Run under BE rules. Penalties awarded as follows: 4 penalties for a knockdown (6 for the joker), 4 penalties 1st refusal, 8 penalties 2nd disobedience at same fence, 3rd refusal = elimination. 0.4 penalties for every second over the optimum time, 0.4 penalties for every second in excess of 5 seconds under the optimum time.
Up to standard skull caps and body protectoprs are manadatory.
We have professional first aid cover organised for this event. Please add one first aid cover ticket per combination riding.

This is a brilliant oppurtunity to come and have a go around our fabulous new arena XC course. The course will consist of 15-20 fences, a short course of SJ followed immediately by a course of XC fences.

The Christmas Arena Eventing will run over a mix of our fabulous SJ, WH and solid arena XC fences, with classes for all ages and abilities. The clear round will run at the end of each competitive class height and all combinations already entered are able to enter additional clear rounds on the day.
Refund policy
Cancellations before close of bookings receive a full refund. No refunds issued once bookings have closed and times allocated.
