Join us for our Christmas Trail Day
Why not kick-start your Christmas with a bang? We are pleased to invite you to our festive Christmas Trail Day. Whether you’re a jumper, or non-jumper, we’ve got something for everyone.
A specially made, 4-5 mile course where you can enjoy an array of obstacles to jump, spectacular rides through woodlands and water, plenty of up-hill canters, furthermore, beautiful viewing points. The views are not to be missed!
Setting off at your own pace between 10:00 and 12:00. Enjoy a sweet treat and mulled wine en-route followed by a festive pie by the Aga and not forgetting those homemade mine pies. Food tickets can be purchased for non-riders on the day.
Each rider will be presented with a specially designed festive rosette and Matt Nuttall photography will be snapping your special moments on the course.
Of course fancy dress is welcome!

Ø Obey walking only and any other signage
Ø Keep strictly to marked routes
Ø Respect growing crops
Ø Always give way to pedestrians and other users on public footpaths
Ø No dogs allowed with riders
Ø Dogs may accompany spectators but to be kept on a lead at all times
Ø Care to be taken when riding on or crossing vehicular access tracks
Ø Spectators are only permitted on foot in designated parts of the course.
Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in expulsion from the premises.

Course owners reserve the right to refuse admission.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your booking by email or telephone. Your booking is not cancelled until you have received confirmation from Craven Country Ride.
In the event that you have to cancel for any reason, cancellation fees will be calculated as follows:
Ø Any experience paid in full will be refunded (less booking fees) if cancelled at least 7 days in advance of the ride date.
Ø If cancellation is made between 2 and 7 days, the fee will be refunded less 50% of the total fee paid.
Ø No refund or transfer of rides will be allowed if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given.
Ø If you fail to attend, you will be required to pay in full.
Ø If you are late and we cannot reschedule the ride, you will be required to pay in full.
Ø In the event that the operator postpones due to unsuitable ground conditions and weather, all customers will be automatically moved to the new date with an email notification. An option will be given to proceed to the new date or be refunded in full.
Ø In the event of the operator cancelling due to unsuitable ground conditions and weather, a full refund will be applicable to all riders.
Ø Any refunds will be made back to the credit/debit card used via Stripe within 30 working days.
Insurance against cancellation, accident, illness etc is the responsibility of the client. Personal and travel insurance is strongly recommended.
