Refund policy

The following outlines how refunds are handled with respect to entries made for showjumping and dressage shows organised by the Scottish National Equestrian Centre.

Where a withdrawal is received before the start times or starting order has been published for the competition, a refund to the value of 100% of the entry fee will be issued.
Where a withdrawal is received after the start times or starting order has been published for the competition, but before the day of competition, a credit note to the value of 50% of the entry fee will be issued.
A withdrawal received on or after the day of competition will not be entitled to a refund or credit note.
If an event differs from this policy, this will be made clear in the event schedule.

The Scottish National Equestrian Centre reserves the right to alter this policy at any time without giving prior notice.
