Come and join us for a really useful interactive session aimed at giving you some tips and exercises get through Winter with your horse.

For you - Sarah Sjoholm-Patience talks about goal setting, visualisation techniques, breathing exercises, preparing for a spook busting ride, dealing with competition nerves and improving your own mental well-being.  

For your horse - Calli Charles shares practical exercises and stretches for your horse to help with their suppleness and talks about their muscular-skeletal system to improve your knowledge

Doors Open at 1pm

- Sarah Sjoholm-Patience is a BD UKCC Level 2 Coach, Centre 10 Advanced Coach (Applied Psychology for Equestrian Coaches), International Grand Prix Rider, BD Para Coach and BD Surrey Team Trainer

- Calli Charles is Veterinary Physiotherapist (BSc Hons), Qualified Kinesiology Therapist, INDIBA Radiofrequency practitioner as well as riding and competing her own horse at Medium level.
