EEF November Camp at Howe

STABLES ARE PROVIDED EMPTY. 

EXTRAS MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE at least 7 days before camp starts. We will not be able to get extras on the day as these are ordered in. You are welcome to bring your own shavings for the stables. 

Stables must be completely emptied on departure. Any rider who does not comply will be fined.

Dogs MUST be kept on leads at ALL TIMES and not in any of the arenas where sessions are taking place.

Please pick up your horses poo, whether that is in the arena after your session or the car park.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the British Horse Society, nor any agent, employee, nor representatives of these bodies accepts liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators, land or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract in any way whatsoever.

Once booked this camp is NON-REFUNDABLE unless it is cancelled by the organiser.

If you cancel no less than 14 days prior to the event and we manage to fill your space you will receive 50% refund of the camp cost. Extras, such as shavings, hook up and additional stabling is not included in this refund, only the cost of the camp. Hook Up will be refunded with a £5 admin fee per night.

EEF accept no responsibility for any personal expenses incurred in the event of a cancellation or change to the camp.
