Bookings must be made through Horse Monkey unless “banked”.

In cases of withdrawal from a booked event:  up to 48 hrs before event, full refund without booking fee; 48 to 24 hrs before event, 50% refund without booking fee; less than 24 hrs before event, no refund under any circumstances.

In the case of the UPPC cancelling an event, we will refund the full fee including the booking fee.

If you wish to “bank” an event if you withdraw or we cancel, contact Nicola.  This only applies to like-for-like fees.

Privately swapping places with someone on a waiting list is NOT permitted, as the person swapping in will not be covered by insurance unless they have booked in themselves.

Equally there will be NO refund even if there is a waiting list for places, as we cannot guarantee that the place left by the withdrawal will be in a suitable group for a person on the waiting list.
