Sam is a freelance riding instructor based in South Wales. After having trained in Canada, Holland, Belgium and across the UK Sam began competing at British Dressage in 2016. In that time he has trained numerous horses from the preliminary stages of the sport, through the levels and is now competing at Grand Prix with success.
A qualified L6/7 lecturer, as well as BHS AI and UKCC L2 Dressage Specific coach, Sam trains combinations of all levels from beginner riders to affiliated competitive combinations. Sam has a humorous and sympathetic style with a keen eye and a good logical approach. Lessons with Sam are always good fun as well as informative and progressive, riders always leave feeling as though they have achieved something and understanding what homework they need to do before their next lesson.
• In accordance with our biosecurity protocols, horses are not allowed in the stable barns and should be kept within the arena. Please bring your own water buckets, and avoid walking your horses down the driveway near our own horses.

• Friendly and well-behaved dogs are permitted but must be on a lead at all times.
• Haynets are allowed to be tied outside lorries or trailers, but please tidy up before you leave.
• Strict poo-picking is required in all arenas, walkways, and parking areas.
• Please take any rubbish home. Mucking out into the car park is prohibited. Muck skips and tools are available for use.
• Children must always remain under strict adult supervision.
• All riders must wear correctly fastened helmets that meet current safety standards and must be appropriately dressed when riding.
• Photographers and videographers may attend competitions and events. By entering, riders/owners agree to the use of their images in print and online by Sharp Equine Ltd, event sponsors, and for show reports. Entry into the event constitutes acceptance that photography is part of the event experience. Start lists may be shared with photographers, and rider contact information may be provided to legitimate media outlets for reporting purposes.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. However, at our discretion, if the event is oversubscribed and we are able to reallocate the clinic space, a transfer or refund may be considered.
