It is mandatory for all riders to wear a protective helmet of current British standard & Body protector whilst using the XC. Suitable footwear with heels must be worn when mounted.
INSURANCE: all instructors using Chard equestrian facilities must have their own insurance cover for providing tuition.Riders must have current public liability insurance.
Riders should be accompained , either mounted or on foot and we insist on you carrying a mobile phone in case of a emergency
All hirers are advised to check the XC before Using to ensure that it has been left in a safe condition by the previous occupant.
All take part at their own risk and are expected to exercise due care at all times and obey all notices placed for their control.
Monetary refunds or credit will be issued for cancellations due to weather conditions which result in the facility being deemed unfit for use i.e., heavy rainfall, dense fog or excessive wind speeds and a weather warning being issued by the Met Office.
Litter is to be taken home with you or disposed of in bins provided.
Please do not muck out your transportation onto the lorry park, fields or hedge lines.
Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
Dogs must be kept on leads, always picked up after & under appropriate control.
