RULES
PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL DOGS ARE TO BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE POO BAGS & TO CLEAR UP AFTER YOUR DOG ANYONE SEEN TO BE LEAVING A MESS WILL BE BANNED FROM SHOWGROUNDANY DOGS DISPLAYING AGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY

The judge’s decision is final
Objections must be made to the secretary within 30 minutes of the alleged incident accompanied by a deposit of £10. This will be refunded if the objection is upheld
Trecastell Farm takes no responsibility for the loss or damage / injury to any horse, pony, rider, competitor, spectators, equipment or property whilst at this event
Trecastell Farm advise that all competitors hold their own third party liability insurance
Competitors under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the show field
Stallions must wear a stallion disc
Competition number must be worn
We can only run these events thanks to a huge amount of help from a small number of people. We are very grateful to these people and will not tolerate any impolite behaviour towards them. You cross Kris at your own peril.
No refunds or transfer of entries unless event is cancelled or a veterinarian report is provided. This includes but is not exclusive to; transport issues (mechanical or loading), missing a class (even if due to a clash of classes), you don’t like drizzle!
We are a fun friendly show. Judges decisions are final. Unsportsmanlike reactions are not welcome.
