ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
· The judges/stewards should be treated with respect and their decisions are final. Anyone found to be rude or disrespectful to any official will be asked to leave the venue.
· No refunds will be made without a vet/doctor certificate, no refunds after close of entries..
· MMRC, the BHS, BRC and the land owners will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or accident to person, animal, or property.
· Dogs must be on leads at all times and all fouling must be removed.
· The judge’s decision and that of the BRC Official Steward are final. Any objections must be made in accordance with BRC rule G14l.
Notes

· On the day, Secretary and area 5 officials will be based in the Equine Reception room.
· Riders will not be admitted to the working-in arena without hats that are checked and tagged by the stewards.
· There are toilets located in the courtyard area by the lower car park.
· Hot and cold food available all-day

HORSES
· NO HORSES TO BE TIED TO TRAILERS OR LORRIES UNLESS SUPERVISED. Horses that are known to get distressed when left in trailers/lorries MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES
· NO hay nets to be tied outside of trailers or horseboxes.
· Please pick up any droppings your horse may leave behind tools and a skip bucket can be found by the arena gate/doors.
MUSIC
· CD's & USB accepted.
- All DTM competitors are required to be current BD music members and all music is to be licensed and correctly labelled. See BRC rule book for current rules on CD labelling.
· All music is to be handed to the secretary at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled time of the test. Music will be played upon entering the arena - please make the judge/Steward aware if you would like the volume adjusted.

THIS EVENT IS BEING RUN UNDER BRITISH RIDING CLUB RULES 2024
All entrants must pay a pre-entry to British Riding Clubs at least 21 days before the date of the qualifier online using the BRC entry system. https://brc.bhs.org.uk/select, Late prelim entries may be accepted at the discretion of the organiser with a late surcharge of £10 per individual if there are sufficient spaces. Entries close at midnight Saturday 2nd November. Late entries cannot be guaranteed and therefore must not be paid for until approval from the organiser has been sort. If the date of the qualifier is canceled for any reason, the close of prelim entry will remain. However, if the qualifier is moved more than 21 days later, entries will be re-opened but late entry fees cannot be refunded. Eligibility will be approved at the original close of prelim entry. Please note Horse Monkey fee and an admin fee of £3.50 per entry will be taken from refunds made due to cancellation, for any reason. No refunds made after the closing date 2nd November.
All hats must have a visible PINK BRC hat tag in place before they are used for warming up and competing, to show that it meets the current safety standards. There will be a trained official available on the day to do this for you if your hat does not currently have one.
Your horse must have up-to-date influenza vaccinations in line with the current BRC Rulebook. There is also a checking device on the BRC website.
