Libby is a talented rider who, as an individual rider and through Pony Club, has trained, practiced, camped and competed here at Eland Lodge for many years and we have come to think of her as one of o
Libby is a talented rider who, as an individual rider and through Pony Club, has trained, practiced, camped and competed here at Eland Lodge for many years and we have come to think of her as one of our own. Almost a year ago, Libby was competing here at Eland in an Arena Eventing competition when she suffered a fall. Suspecting a possible major injury she was rushed to hospital where her current condition was diagnosed.
Libby is undergoing major massively expensive treatment which, due to the very rare nature of the illness ( less than 500 cases per year worldwide) no NHS-funded treatment is available. Her family has therefore been forced to source her treatment privately at a huge cost to themselves. Eland lodge is therefore, in line with a large number of local businesses and clubs, raising money on her behalf to help with the funding of this treatment and we have decided to make the Arena Eventing competition on the 20th of October a fundraiser for Libby!

Declaring
Competitors are to declare at the Secretary's to pick up their number before entering the warm up arena.
Eland Lodge National Arena Eventing Championships
This event is a qualifier for the Equilibrium National Arena Eventing Championships, held on 8th and 9th March 2025 at Eland Lodge. Those who place 1st, 2nd or 3rd in their class will qualify. For more information, please visit our website.
