Riders should ensure that they have paid membership in full prior at the date of the competition to be eligible for points and trophies at any of our competitions.
In the event that emergency medical treatment requires to be administered, parents/guardians should inform the organisers of any pre-existing medical conditions which require specific treatment/medication.
Parents/guardians should also provide the organisers with a current emergency contact number, and should specify if they do not wish their child to be photographed by or in relation to Stonehaven and Area Riding Club.
At or in the vicinity of any Stonehaven and Area Riding Club event, everyone mounted, whether competing or not must wear a hard hat conforming to the BRC safety standards, with a harness properly adjusted and fastened. Failure to do so will incur elimination of the horse and/or rider from the competition.

Horses and Rider Combinations who have won the league previously may still compete at the same league class but must compete HC.
Competitors, or their assistants, may not use the warm up school to lunge their horses.
Competitors are required to show courtesy towards others when warming up in the school. If riding on the opposite rein to one another competitors should pass left shoulder to left shoulder.
HC entries will be accepted.
All horses and ponies must be vaccinated in line with BRC rules.
Non-members must have public liability insurance in order to compete.
Refunds will be given if the organiser cancels the event, the full amount will be refunded less the Horse Monkey processing fees.
