Performance Camp
We're thrilled to announce our Autumn Performance Camp, and this time, we have some exciting news—Kate Cowell will be joining us! Due to popular demand, this camp offers a unique 'Pick Your Own' experience, allowing you to tailor the camp to your preferences. You have the flexibility to choose your sessions and add as many extra sessions as you like. Stabling is optional. To secure your spot, simply select 'PYO Performance Camp Booking' and customize your camp with a minimum of two additional sessions.

Step 1 - Please select 'PYO Performance Camp Booking' which includes:
- 2 x private sessions with Kate Cowell (1 per day).
- 1 x private ½ hour test riding with List 1 Judge Gillian Peters on day 1.
- 1 x free entry to evening demo.
- Those booking add on sessions with Steph Jones will recieve an extra mounted 10 minute mindset discussion directly before one of their ridden sessions.

- Group sport psychology 1 hour, £25
- Private mounted physio session, 50 mins, £60

Coaches
Kate Cowell
Kate Cowell is a professional International Dressage rider based in Malvern, Worcestershire. A regular competitor on the British and international Dressage scene, Kate produces and competes at Young Horse classes up to Grand Prix. To date, she has represented Great Britain a total of 15 times and won several internationals both in the UK and Europe. Kate is a highly motivated individual and as well as aiming to train and compete her own horses to the highest level possible she is dedicated and passionate about passing her knowledge to other aspiring riders professionals and amateurs, training at clinics around the UK and at her own yard. She holds the UKCC3 qualification and is a member of the International Trainers Club.
Gillian Peters
Gillian is a BD registered coach, holding the BDCC level 2 qualification as well as the BD para coach qualification. She is also a BD list 1 and para judge and a judge educator. Gillian rides to PSG level and is happy to work with riders at all ages and stages. She has a particular interest in test riding and helping riders to get the most out of their competitive performance, but is also passionate about helping anyone who wants to improve with their flatwork training, whatever their age, stage or current level.
Lisa Marshall
Lisa from Perform Physiotherapy has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for 32 years which gives her an extremely broad knowledge base. She now specialises in horse riders, working with all levels of rider.
Mounted or Unmounted sessions available. A rider specific Physiotherapy session will identify and treat any weaknesses, restrictions and asymmetries while improving your effectiveness as a rider. Lisa will give you tools and tips for improving in real time in the saddle as well as homework to improve in the long term. At this camp Lisa will also lead rider specific exercise classes working on the key muscle groups required to enhance your riding and will also be available for off horse physio sessions.
Stephanie Jones
Steph specialises in Sports Psychology and Motivational Interviewing in sport. She creates an environment of trust and self motivation, giving practical insight helping both amateurs and professionals reach their goals and true potential, overcoming their nerves and mental blocks by building confidence, resilience and clarity, helping to resolve doubt about challenges inside and out of sport. Steph brings over 12 years of experience in this field having gained MI Practitioner with Psychwire, enabling her counselling skills to form a platform of excellence for individuals. Steph completed her HND (PSY.DIP.C) (MBACP) 202917 in Psychotherapeutic counselling and psychology with Chrysalis in conjunction with Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.
BD Regional Cancellation Policy for Camps
In the event where a deposit is payable to secure a place at a BD Camp then this deposit amount is non-refundable (unless otherwise stated).
Cancellations no less than 21 days before a Camp will be refunded in full excluding any deposit.

BD Regional Cancellation Policy for Camps
In the event where a deposit is payable to secure a place at a BD Camp then this deposit amount is non-refundable (unless otherwise stated).
Cancellations no less than 21 days before a Camp will be refunded in full excluding any deposit.
Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the event are non-refundable/transferrable.
In the event where a Camp is oversubscribed, and your place can be filled, a full refund (less the deposit paid and £5.00 administration fee) may be given.
Amendments to bookings in the 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable and changes are subject to the organisers’ discretion.
The cost of any external services secured in the organisation of this camp (i.e. extra’s such as Stabling/Hook Ups) are non-refundable.
Change to Events
BD reserve the right to change or cancel details and dates of an event at short notice. In the event of a cancellation or amendment, transfer to an alternative event or a full refund will be offered.
British Dressage accept no responsibility for any personal expenses incurred in the event of a cancellation or change to any type of BD event.
