FRANKLIN BALL CLINICS
See below for details and PM Diane with enquiries.
Over the years as a riding coach, Diane's main focus has been with the rider's position. Diane has done her best to learn about rider asymmetry and how to help the individual find a better balance and feel in the saddle.
We all come in different shapes and sizes so any plan has to be adaptable and flexible too. The best balance and alignment possible is going to help the rider towards achieving their goals, whatever they may be.
Diane's lessons are a partnership between the rider and herself (not forgetting the horse!) Diane listens to what the rider has to say and they work together to find what helps the best. Having said that, despite her best efforts, she has always felt that she could do more to help. Riding is dynamic and variable, everyone has their own unique mix of challenges to deal with. No one can know for sure exactly how a rider is feeling at any given moment. Is the rider truly able to understand or feel what the coach is saying about their position and then implement Diane's suggestions? Diane has been trying Franklin Balls for a while now and has been blown away by some amazing results already, which made her decide that she wanted to learn more and become a certificated trainer. Quoting Franklin Method Equestrian - ‘If You Want To help Your Horse Change Start by Changing Yourself’ Ridden sessions but also some unmounted work can be included, sessions tailored to suit the rider, contact Diane for more details
