1. Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2024 and Pony Club Spring Festival Show Jumping rules 2023/24 will apply. Please view Pony Club website for 2024 Hat Rules and SJ Rules http://www.pcuk.org/
2. Classes 12, 13, 14, 15- Competitors Must be a current member of The Pony Club to qualify or join prior to the final .
3. The Judges Decision is Final.
4. Objections must be made in writing, accompanied by a £20 deposit to be refunded if the objection is upheld.
5. The organiser reserves the right to refuse or restrict entries. If the event is oversubscribed, current Pony Club members will be given priority.
6. In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, entry fees will be returned less £2 for administration.
7. No entry fee will be refunded without a veterinary or doctor’s certificate after closing date.
8. Competitors must wear correct dress and horses must wear correct tack.
9. The organisers do not hold themselves responsible for anything that may happen to competitors, spectators, their property, their horse or their helpers in connection with or arising out of this show. It shall be a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the organisers against any legal action arising from any incident.
10. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, all officials and stewards.
11. Prizes will be given down to 6th place in all classes.
12. Anyone bring a dog must have it on a lead at ALL times.
13. Draws and Times will be published prior to show commencing and strict order will be followed so please check timings!
14. Team rosettes and prizes will be given from 1st -3rd place
15. Teams must be declared by email linlithgowstirlingshire@pcuk.org by Wednesday 27th November strictly no teams given after this date will be accepted.

Entries will be refunded prior to the closing date minus a £2.50 admin fee. Any entries withdrawn after closing date will only be refunded with a valid vet or doctor certificate.
