Fall of Horse or Rider / Loose Horse
In the event of a fall either horse or rider in any ridden class, that exhibit must retire & must not be remounted in the ring.
If a horse gets loose in the ring for whatever reason, it will be eliminated & must leave the ring.
- This applies to all classes.

Rider age four years and over
No animal under the age of four years may be competed under saddle
Colts and Stallions must be HANDLED BY A COMPETENT PERSON (minimum age of handler is 16yrs)
For stallions M&M Small Breeds Rider must be 12yrs & Over

Animals & Property will be considered as being in the exhibitors charge
Croft Top will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury to persons, equines or property.
Judges decision is final
Any objection must be lodged in writing within 30 minutes of the incident accompanied by a £30 deposit, which will be forfeited if the objection is over-ruled.
Abuse to any judge, steward, member of staff or competitor will not be tolerated and the individuals involved will be asked to leave.
No spurs allowed in any Equitation, M&M, Junior or Novice showing classes
No dogs allowed in any arenas
Only food and drink purchased on the site to be consumed in the arenas.
No classes will include a judge ride
Limited stabling is available on site
Please book early to avoid disappointment.
Stabling times are 8am - 7am £30.00
Minimal bedding in, can bring own or purchase off us.

NO STABLES CAN BE SOLD PRIVATELY. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE THROUGH CROFT TOP EC. IF STABLES ARE SOLD WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE ENTRIES WILL BE VOID. WE DO HAVE WAITING LISTS AND IS NOT FAIR ON OTHER PEOPLE.
We as organisers reserve the right to amend any of these rules at any time, change the schedule or substitute judges if needed.
