No Claims can be entertained for any loss or damage or anything that may happen to Competitors, onlookers, their property, and servants or horses in connection with or arising from this Show. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant shall indemnify the organisers or property owners against any legal action of claim arising from an incident in connection with this Show.

No entries can be revoked nor can entry money be refunded unless a medical or veterinary certificate is produced.

Objections to be made to the Secretary in WRITING within 15 minutes of the incident arising with a DEPOSIT of 10.00 only refundable if the complaint is upheld.

No lunging is allowed on the showground or in the warm-up arena.

Dogs to be kept on a lead AT ALL TIMES.

No mucking out of boxes./trailers on the showground

Please take all litter home.

The event may be photographed, entering affirms your consent to the photographing of yourself and any children that you bring to take part in the event, whether you are a parent or guardian. If you have any objections, please contact us before the show day so we can communicate this back to the photographer.

By making payment of your entry fee, you are confirming that you have correct third party liability insurance.
Refund policy
Refunds will only be issued on production of a medical or veterinary certificate. Horse Monkey fees will be deducted from the refund.
