Daily Arena Hire - 30 minute sessions

By booking our Arena Hire you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions as stated below:

• All sessions must be paid for in full before commencing - no same-day bookings

Terms and Conditions:

By booking our Arena Hire you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions as stated below:

• All sessions must be paid for in full before commencing - no same-day bookings
• Anyone teaching must have the appropriate insurance coverage which will need to be provided
• Use of the arena is entirely at the hirer’s own risk. All hirers are advised to check the arena before entering to ensure that it has been left in a safe condition by the previous occupant.
• All riders must wear protective headgear, always conforming to BSI standards when mounted including warming up. Back protectors are recommended.
• The arena has floodlights.  If these are required they should be added at the time of booking.  If the lights are turned on during the session, they are charged at £0.50 per 15 minutes.  Please notify the yard owner by emailing contact@kiltersfarm.co.uk and an invoice will be raised. It’s advised the rider checks the weather and sunrise/sunset times here.
• CCTV operates in the sand school.  Where a rider uses the arena lights without payment they will be invoiced, and an additional £2 administration fee will be added.
• All Droppings MUST be removed from the surface immediately. Not doing so can cause lasting damage to the arena surface.
  Anyone caught leaving muck will be fined £50 and will not be permitted to book the arena in the future.
• If you find muck in the arena at the start of your booking, please take a photograph and send it to us.  Please could you then clear it up before proceeding to ride or contact Gemma & Ian.
• Riders are to leave the arena and jump shed neat and tidy. 
• All jumps are to be returned to the shed, lights turned off and gates shut.
• The yard is private property. Permission from the yard owners must be sought before inviting anyone else onto the premises. This includes instructors; anyone viewing a horse to buy/loan etc. 
• No children under the age of fourteen are to be left unsupervised by parents/guardian.
• No dogs are permitted on-site
• Smoking is not permitted in any area of the yard.
• Any damage or faulty equipment should be photographed and reported to the yard owner either by email contact@kiltersfarm.co.uk or by phone.

Refunds & Cancellations:

• At Kilters Farm we run a 24-hour cancellation policy. Where a cancellation is requested outside of the 24-hour period then a full refund will be provided minus the Horse Monkey booking fee.
• Any cancellations made outside of the 24-hour window will not be refunded.
• Arena hire is rarely canceled due to inclement weather. Payment will not be refunded if you choose not to ride due to the weather. 
• If Kilters Farm deems it unsuitable or unsafe to proceed with the arena hire, customers will be refunded. We reserve the right, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel the booking with no notice.
• Kilters Farm will use information and warning issued by the Met Office to help inform our decision to cancel due to bad weather Kilters Farm.
• Please bring suitable clothing for the weather.
