Registration and Payment:
Registration for the Dressage Training Clinic is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure your place in the clinic.
Payment through Horse Monkey.
Refunds:
Refunds or transfers will not be given unless your slot can be filled from the waiting list.
Cancellations made by the organisers:
In the unlikely event that the clinic is cancelled by the organisers, participants will be entitled to a refund.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the clinic due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, instructor unavailability, or insufficient registrations.
Participant Requirements:
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Participants must provide their own horse for the clinic, which must be in good health and suitable for dressage training.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their horse is up-to-date on vaccinations and has any necessary health certifications.
Participants are required to wear appropriate attire and safety equipment during the clinic.
Liability Waiver:
While all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of participants and their horses, the organisers of the Dressage Training Clinic will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the clinic.
By entering the clinic you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with equestrian activities.
Conduct and Discipline:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner towards fellow participants, instructors, volunteers, and staff.
Any participant who engages in disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may be asked to leave the clinic without refund.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any participant from the clinic if their behaviour is deemed to be inappropriate or detrimental to the safety and enjoyment of others.
Photography and Videography:
Photographs and videos may be taken during the clinic for promotional and educational purposes.
By participating in the clinic, participants consent to the use of their likeness in photographs and videos captured during the event.
