Eligibility: All competitors must meet age and skill level requirements as specified in the competition guidelines. Proof of eligibility may be required.

Entry Fees: All entry fees must be paid in full prior to the competition. Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

Competition Rules: Participants must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the organizing body and governing dressage organizations. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Health and Safety: All horses must have a current health certificate and proof of vaccinations. Competitors must wear appropriate riding attire and helmets at all times while mounted.

Liability Waiver: By entering the competition, participants agree to waive any claims against the organizers, officials, and sponsors for injuries or damages incurred during the event.

Code of Conduct: Competitors are expected to maintain sportsmanship and respect towards officials, fellow competitors, and horses. Unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to disqualification.

Photography and Media: By participating, competitors grant permission for the use of images and video taken during the event for promotional purposes.

Changes and Cancellations: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly.

Prizes and Awards: Prizes will be awarded as outlined in the competition program. All awards must be claimed on the day of the event unless otherwise specified.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes must be submitted in writing to the organizers within 24 hours of the event. The organizers’ decision will be final.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation of event.
