Refund policy
No refund after the event bookings have closed.
If yiu have to withdraw after bookings have closed due to horse / pony issue then vets note will be required for a refund if the bookings have closed.
Full refund will be given if cancel before bookings close.
If we have to cancel the event in full a refund will be given. If part of the event is cancelled then only that part will be refunded if the rest of the event goes ahead.
