The Area competition comprises:
i. The Team Competition
ii. The Individual Competition which is open to all competitors in the Team Competition, whose scores are automatically counted for this competition, and to additional individual competitors.
Branch teams for each class should be made up of 3 or 4 members.
PC70+ is not a team competition – this is for individuals only.
Area teams, comprising members from 1 or more branches, are permitted for the Area competition as per Dressage Rules 2024.
Branch DCs will be asked to confirm teams within 48 hours of entries closing.

Should any rider require reasonable adjustments to support their access to the event, Members’ Personal Profiles should be up-to-date and shared with the Event Secretary at least 2 weeks before the event (dc.haydockpark@pcuk.org). Requested adjustments for the competition event should be clear. This will enable the Event Secretary to consider these requests in advance of the competition. All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee as stated online.
After the closing date for substitutions may only be made as per PC Dressage Rules 2024.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
The Organisers of this Event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all the Officials and Stewards.
Withdrawals before the close of entries will be refunded - minus the booking fee.
All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee as stated online.
Full refunds will be given up until the closing date for entries.
After the closing date no refunds will be made without a Doctor’s or Vet’s certificate produced no later than 24 hours after the event. If produced after this no refunds will be given.
Refunds, where due after the closing date, are subject to an admin fee of £5.00.
In the event of abandonment 50% of the entry fee will be refunded.
