More than 2 weeks before the start of camp (up until Sunday 12th May 2024) – you will receive a refund less your deposit and any costs the Club may have incurred.
Within 2 weeks of camp start date, no refunds will be issued without a doctors/vets note. However if the camp is full and your place can be filled y
