Gemma is known for her positive, confidence-building style where she takes time to understand what each rider and horse needs, define their goals, and help them to work towards the kind of achievements that make the drive home a happy one. Here’s what a few of our riders have said:
“I arrived hoping just to stay on, and maybe get over some poles on the ground and left believing in myself, doing a little round of cross-poles and inspired to keep progressing.”
“Gemma just has a knack of knowing what you’re capable of, what your demons are, and how to get past them while having fun and building confidence.”
“Totleywells is such a welcoming place, whatever the weather, the gallery is warm and cosy so there’s always time and space to refresh and relax between lessons which I just loved. I arrived full of doubt, and left buzzing.”
