Conditions of entry
1. Maximum of 2 classes per horse/pony per day (On Sunday competitors may enter one Speed Derby and one A7 Derby class).
2. All heights given are approximate and applicable to first round only.
3. Any class with less than three entries may be handicapped.

5. Health & Safety: The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards and take all reasonable precautions themselves to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. If any member notices anything that concerns them they should inform a member of committee immediately. First Aid Certificate holders will be present at the show.
6. Any objection should be submitted to the Secretary in writing within 30 minutes of the incident with a deposit of £10, refundable if the objection is sustained.
7. British Riding Clubs, Guernsey Riding and Hunt Club and persons acting on their behalf do not accept any liability for any loss, accident, or damage to any person, animal, vehicle or goods occurring in connection with this event. It is a condition of entry that each competitor indemnifies the organiser against any claim.
8. All horses/ponies must be covered by third party insurance.
9. The Show will adopt the BS Rulebook with regard to the judging of the jumping classes except where specific class rules are separately published.
10. Refund of entry fees will only be considered on the production of a veterinary certificate.
11. Substitutions of horse and rider will be allowed at the discretion of the entries secretary.
12. All entries are subject to the approval of the Committee and the Committee reserves the right to refuse entries in any class, please note, this will be enforced for combinations who are known to jump higher at other events/clubs.
13. All children must have a responsible adult with them at the show and all young children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

IF YOUR ANIMALS ARE TIED TO HORSEBOXES/LORRIES PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED.
PLEASE PICK UP ANY DROPPINGS AND PUT THEM AT THE SIDE OF THE PARKING AREAS.
