Entries close 9am on the Thursday prior to the event, times will be released by 5pm. Once times have been released transfer of entries and refunds are unable to be processed.

Placings 1st-6th, Juniors will be split from placings if there is a minimum of 6 Junior entries or more (please note if you are entering a junior upon booking)

Score sheets will be released at the end of each class unless the same horse and rider combination is competing in two consecutive classes, the previous class test sheet will not be released until both classes are completed.

If you wish to leave before the end of your class please leave a stamped envelope with your address on for score sheets to be posted out once they have been released.

• Refunds can only be provided prior release of times, once times are published no refunds can be issued. Entries close at 9am the Thursday before the competition, cancellations should be made prior to this for those wanting a refund.
• HAPPA reserve the right to move or cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances beyond HAPPAs control. At this point you will be offered an alternative date/s to move your booking to at no additional cost to yourself.
