Please note this is an open competition and is not part of a league.

Entries may close early depending on the level of entries received.

Entries close 9am on the Thursday prior to the event, times will be released by 5pm. Once times have been released transfer of entries and refunds are unable to be processed.

Refund policy

Refunds can only be provided prior release of times, once times are published no refunds can be issued. Entries close at 9am the Thursday before the competition, cancellations should be made prior to this for those wanting a refund.
HAPPA reserve the right to move or cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances beyond HAPPAs control. At this point you will be offered an alternative date/s to move your booking to at no additional cost to yourself.
