Please see Rule 16 (page 30) regarding faults incurred during the Show Jumping phase and eligibility to commence the Cross Country.

Competitors having a fall, in any phase, will incur elimination. They may not remount until they have been checked by a First Aider, when, if fit, they may be allowed to continue (except after a fall in the Cross Country phase). In any case it is recommended that you are checked by a First Aider before leaving the Showground.

Protective headgear to the current standard (no fixed peak hats). Body protectors to the required standard. It is recomended that medical armbands be worn on cross country course.

Whips must be to current standards - no greater than 75cm or less than 45cm in length, unweighted baton style with a flat surface, and used in accordance with British Riding Clubs 2024 rules.

Whiskers: It is not permitted to remove a horse’s whiskers or ear hair.

In the event of cancellation by Wilmslow Riding Club, all entries will be refunded or upon receipt of medical or veterinary evidence if you/horse are unable to compete.
