We want you to have an enjoyable and successful day. To help you achieve this there are a number of points we would like to draw your attention to.
· All entries must be made in advance through HorseMonkey. Entires close at Midday on Friday 31st May. Additional entries may be taken on the day but only for combinations who have pre entered at least one class online. On the day entries will not be taken for new combinations. A paramedic fee (£2) will be added to your first entry.
· We want you and your horse/pony to be safe so please ensure that your equipment such as hats, crops, etc meet the current standards.
· Competitors numbers are required on the day. We ask you to report to event registration to declare and pick up your number. This will ensure that classes are not held up for entries/riders that do not turn up.
· Competitors lunch breaks will only occur in Rigs 2 and 3. British Showjumping classes will run continuously throughout the day. Please plan accordingly.
· There is a map of the showground attached. This shows the showground entrance, where competitors and spectators can go and park and where the Rings are. It is helpful to look at this in advance to avoid confusion when you arrive.
· Please ensure that you read the show Terms and Conditions.
· We collect data such as your contact details and the details of an emergency contact. We wish to assure you that these will only be used for the purposes of this event by the organisers and for no other purposes (see the Privacy Statement).
· If you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us through the contact details in HM, our Facebook page or approach us on the day.
