It is an express condition of every person entering The Venue's facilities that they do so at their own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding or handing a gorse on the premises.

Riders must have their own Personal Liability Insurance Policies.

All accidents must be reported. 

You are responsible for taking all your litter home with you and please under no circumstances muck out onto a car parking area. 

All horses tied to lorries must be accompanied and watched and must never be left tied up and unattended. 

There is no lungeing available without express prior permission from the organiser. 

Well mannered dogs are welcome but must be on a lead at all times. 

By entering I agree that I have read the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by, and observe them and to absolve the RoR, The Venue and anyone else connected with the venue facilities of any injury or damage that I or those accompanying me might suffer whilst on the pemises and taking part in the activity.

No refunds within 7 days. Prior to this refunds will be given with receipt of a doctor or vets certificate or if your place can be appropriately filled.
