  1. Eligibility: Participation in the clinic is open to all riders who meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined by the organizing committee. Riders must adhere to the age and experience requirements as specified in the show guidelines.
  2. Entry Fees: All participants are required to pay the designated entry fees to secure their participation in the clinic. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organizing committee. (Please see refund policy).
  3. Horse Welfare: The welfare of horses is of utmost importance. Participants must ensure that their horses are in good health and condition to participate in the clinic. Any signs of injury, illness, or mistreatment will result in disqualification from the competition.
  4. Tack and Equipment: All tack and equipment must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the governing body of showjumping. Any unauthorized equipment or tack will result in potential removal from the clinic.
  5. Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and sportsmanlike manner at all times during the clinic and on the yard. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards officials, volunteers, or fellow riders will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the clinic.
  6. Safety: The safety of riders, horses, and spectators is paramount. Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols set forth by the organizing committee. Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in disqualification from the competition.
  7. Liability: The organizing committee, officials, volunteers, and venue owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the dressage show. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being, as well as that of their horses.

Refund policy
  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be provided to participants who request a refund at least 24 hours before the entry closing date of the event.
  2. Refund Request: To request a refund, participants must submit their refund request in writing via email to megan.29@icloud.com. The refund request must include the participant's name, entry details, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Deadline for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be received no later than 24 hours before the entry closing date of the event. Refund requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Refund Process: Upon receiving a valid refund request, our team will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the entry fee.
  5. Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees, such as processing fees or administrative fees, may be non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  6. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as event cancellation or force majeure events, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the event organizers.
