Notes
This is an interactive session of working on developing your core and seat as well as your horses core to improve stability. It is on and off horse. You will have a shared ridden session for approx 45 mins and be given exercises and movements to help. There is an off horse mat session working on core and how to find and engage it.
This is a session focussing on how you can improve your scores with more awareness of yourself. It is on and off horse and will benefit every level and age of rider.
You will receive a 45 minute ridden session (pairs) focussing on core stability for you and your horse with great exercises.
Find your Core will be a 45 minute guided core and stretch workout with you on the exercise mat. (Pairs)
All ridden work is with Ben Franklin and unmounted with Sharon Stuart.
