By attending this event in any capacity, you acknowledge that:-
- it is your responsibility, as against that of the organisers, to put in place all precautions necessary to prevent bodily injury to yourself or those proximate to you, or loss or damage to your property or to that of those proximate to you;
- the organisers are volunteers at a fundraising event and whose role is restricted to facilitating access to the countryside and who lack the power and resources to do all that is necessary to prevent injury, loss and damage howsoever caused and of whatever kind;
- horses are inherently unpredictable animals whilst being ridden and handled and any activity involving them carries risks of which you should be aware.
All participants must have Public Liability and Personal Accident Insurance.
Horses should have a bridle on whenever outside of their transport.
This is a strictly pre-paid, pre booked event.
Refund policy
Full refund up until closing date. After that time it is at the organiser's discretion.
In the unfortunate situation of the ride having to be cancelled all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees.
Please note that all entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
