If British Showjumping cancel the Academy session a full refund will be given, or an alternative will be offered. In the event of cancellation British Showjumping is not responsible for any damages, costs or losses incurred by participants whether arising directly or indirectly from cancellation, including, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing: stabling fees, non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, or travel charges that might be incurred.
No refunds will be given to those who do not attend the Academy sessions. Substitutions will be accepted at no extra charge. As we are using external arena a refund is not possible.
