The Retraining of Racehorses (RoR), their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with The Venue, do not accept any liability for any damage, whether occasioned by the negligence or breach of contract or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees or those connected with RoR or The Venue or The Venue's Facilities or otherwise, whatsoever.

It is an express condition of every person entering The Venue's facilities that they do so at their own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding or handing a gorse on the premises.

Places are offered on a strictly first come first served basis.

In the event that are insufficient numbers in the two group sessions, they will be amalgamated - please book in the slot that you wish to attend. RoR South East reserves the right to move you into the earlier or later slot if there are insufficient numbers as this will enable to a session to take place instead of cancelling. 

Riders must have their own Personal Liability Insurance Policies.

All accidents must be reported, and an Accident Report Form is to be completed by a representative of RoR.

By entering I agree that I have read the terms and conditions and agree to br bound by, and observe them and to absolve the RoR, The Venue and anyone else connected with the venue facilities of any injury or damage that I or those accompanying me might suffer whilst on the pemises and taking part in the activity.

Refunds will only be given 7 days prior to the event if you slot can be filled or earlier if a veterinary or doctor's certificate is supplied.
