Notes

The Elandlodge.com Hunter Trial Championships is an exciting series of hunter trial competitions held at venues up and down the country, and culminates in the annual National Hunter Trial Championship Finals.

A real test of partnership and skill, competitors take on Cross Country style courses which can include XC jumps, hunting fences, rustic jumps or other obstacles which may be encountered whilst riding. Great for riders of all abilities, this grassroots competition features classes from inviting 50cm through to technical 1m tracks, and also includes a pairs class.

Qualifiers are held at venues around the country and the series culminates in the Elandlodge.com Hunter Trial National Championship Final.

This series was formerly known as the Horseware National Hunter Trial Championships, until new sponsors elandlodge.com took on the series in 2019.

Hoodies

Hoodies are available in children's and adult's sizes and can be purchased here and will be ready to collect at the event. They must be ordered by 1pm on 11th September 2024.

Entry Fee:

Classes 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 - £38, Class 4 - £56, plus a £5 per rider cash start fee which must be paid to the secretary when declaring.

Format

There will be an undisclosed optimum time in each class. The winner will be the rider with the least number of jumping penalties who is closest to the optimum tim.e Certain fences on the Cross Country course may have a black flag option (alternative) but these will attract time or penalty points.
