Two day Eventing Camp with temporary stabling on site if required, 6 stables on a first come first served basis. Stables must be booked at time of booking camp.
X4 lessons in groups of up to 4, 1hr each session.
80cm, 90cm, 1m (+) Groups
One flatwork. one showjumping session (hopefully on grass-weather dependant), two cross country sessions.

Evening social "happy hour" Q & A Saturday PM......open to all!

Bring your own food for the duration, tents welcome and lorry/parking overnight
Loo is provided.
Stabling is booked seperatly £32/night and 1 bag shavings. 6 Temporary stables available booked on first come first served basis.
No hook up, but water for horses provided, bring your own horses hard feed, mucking out tools, haylage can be bought sepertaly.
If dogs have to be brought they are only allowed in lorry park, NOT in any fields. please lift their poops! All muck in trailer must be decompostable, hayage/shavings bags etc to go in bins provided.
Stabling and lorry park area must be kept and left clean and tidy, please take your own rubbish home with you.
CRASH HATS AND BODY PROTECTORS MUST BE WORN FOR CROSS COUNTRY, Riders own responsibilty they are up to standard.
Disclaimer in reception hut must be signed on arrival before participation.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
The Organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser or anyone help run the event/training.
RULES FOR CROSS COUNTRY TRAINING/EVENTS
You herby undertake that in relation to any riding activity/facilities provided by Strathearn Eventing Ltd:
You will take all reasonable care to ensure your own health and safety and that of any other person/rider who may be affected by anything you do or fail to do.
You consider yourself to be fit enough to participate in the activities and prior to participating you will bring to the attention of the instructor/event manager/organiser/proprietors any medical or special needs which you have and may affect your ability to ride.
You will ensure you will be wearing and you will ensure those under 16 in your care will be wearing appropriate and well-fitting riding wear. SKULL CAPS & BODY PROTECTORS UP TO THE CURENT STANDARD are MANDATORY for cross country and it is the responsibility of yourself to ensure the fit of these items.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by organisers there will be a full refund less an administration fee of 15%.
If rider withdraws 7 days or more prior to the event date, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of 15%.
There will be no refund if the rider withdraws less than 7 days prior to the event date. If the slot can be filled, then a full refund less 5% administration fee will be made.
