This is the second in a series of online presentations by British Showjumping Level 4 Coaches. They will deliver the research they undertook as part of the qualification and how it applies to their everyday coaching.
This session will be presented by Mandy Frost. Her topic was 'Identification of the critical factors & motivations which create a long-term athlete-coach realtionship, from an athlete's perspective'
This session will cover:
- The importance of taking time to find out more about your athlete
- Learning about what other aspects of the athlete's life could be affecting performance
- Allowing athletes to know that you care
This training is provided online via Zoom. Please ensure you have loaded Zoom prior to the meeting time. A link to the meeting will be emailed to those booked on not less than 24 hours before the time of the course.
Refunds will only be issued if cancellations are made within 48 hours of the event. Any cancellations after this time will not be refunded.
