When someone visits horsemonkey.com, we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. Stallion stables are for prioritised for stallions. If a stallion stable is booked for anything other than a stallion, your horse will automatically be moved should we require the stable for a stallion.

Any competitor may cancel their entries earlier than one week before the first day of the show; this must be in writing to jess@theshowground.com. This will entitle them to a full refund of entries. Entries cancelled after the one-week prior to the show period, but no later than 48 hours before the first day of the show are entitled to 50% of their entry fees back as a refund. Entries cancelled after the 48 hours before the first day of the show will be given a maximum of 50%. Cancellations at this point must be put in writing to jess@theshowground.com and will be reviewed after the show has finished and processed in the form of credit on their account.
Cancellations regarding stabling, will only be refundable with 3 weeks notice prior the event. This will entitle you to a refund. Any cancellations after this period will be dependent on being able to resell the stable whether a refund/credit it processed.
