Athletes in possession of an FEI Registration who are using any form of medication need to check UK Sport’s drug information database https://www.uksport.gov.uk/ to see whether they are required to submit a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) in accordance with BD / FEI rules. If after checking with the UK Sport website you are still unsure, please contact BEFAR Sandra Hill sandra.hill@bef.co.uk
Please note that FEI registration of both horse and athlete is renewable for each calendar year.
All horses wishing to compete at any CDI competition (Senior, Para, YR, J, P, Ch) whether in the UK or abroad are still required to hold a valid FEI passport. Horses competing in a CDI** in the UK only are not required to have an FEI passport but they must be identifiable by a diagram and have a valid vaccination certificate.
