Terms & conditions
1. All classes will be run single phase (the second half of the course will be timed and faults taken over the whole course)
2. The event will run under pony club rules and our judges decision is final.
3. First aider in attendance.
4. Correct & safe dress must be worn.
5. The event is on private land, so please clear up after your pony.

6. Entries in advance on HM £4 / class or £5 pairs OR on the day £5/class or £6 pairs (card payment on the day is preferred.
7. Dogs on leads at all times please !
Refund policy
No refund after event bookings have closed.
If due to horse / pony then vets note required.
Full refund will be given if cancel before entries have closed.
If we have to cancel the event in full a refund will be given. If part of the event is cancelled then only that part will be refunded if the rest of the event goes ahead.
