Swallowfield’s Jo Swain is a registered British Dressage Trainer, a UKCC Level 4 Coach, Central BD Youth and Senior regional coach, Youth assessor and BD List 3 judge. Jo regularly competes throughout the levels and is passionate about coaching. Jo is happy coaching beginners, grass roots riders and event riders up to top level competitors. Jo’s style is friendly and approachable and she will help even the most nervous rider achieve their goals. Jo is also an ambassador for Pilates Gallery and brings a 360 holistic view to help you with your fitness goal setting and nutrition to be the best athlete you can be.

 

Swallowfield EC is a family run livery yard and competition centre. We are a BHS Highly Approved livery yard and BD approved competition venue.

Set in 65 acres of unspoilt countryside and centrally located in the heart of the country, we are only fifteen minutes from all the major Midlands motorway networks of the M42, M40 and M69. Yet the centre, being located in a designated green belt area, surrounded by 65 acres of countryside makes us a quiet and idyllic place to train.

The Retraining of Racehorses (RoR), their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with The Venue, do not accept any liability for any damage, whether occasioned by the negligence or breach of contract or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees or those connected with RoR or The Venue or The Venue's Facilities or otherwise, whatsoever.

 

It is an express condition of every person entering The Venue's facilities that they do so at their own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding or handing a gorse on the premises.

 

Riders must have their own Personal Liability Insurance Policies.

 

All accidents must be reported, and an Accident Report Form is to be completed by a representative of RoR.

 

By entering I agree that I have read the terms and conditions and agree to br bound by, and observe them and to absolve the RoR, The Venue and anyone else connected with the venue facilities of any injury or damage that I or those accompanying me might suffer whilst on the pemises and taking part in the activity.

 

REFUNDS will only be processed upon sucessful submission and approval of a current veterinary/doctors certificate relating directly to the horse/rider entered for this event.

 

NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START TIME OF THE EVENT FOR ANY REASON UNLESS THERE IS A REPLACEMENT FROM ANY WAIT LIST FOR THE EVENT.

 

Notes:

 

Please be kind and couteous to everyone, behaviour deemed to be unacceptable is to be reported to a representative of RoR in order that it can be addressed as soon as possible.  

 

Please adhere to any signs or requests by the Venue in order that RoR are welcomed back to use the facilities again.

 

Dress code is casual, but breeches or riding tights riding boots and a hat to current British standards MUST be worn. Body protectors are optional.
