Please be clear about your level on booking to ensure that you are placed in the most suitable group. Claire Stryzyk BHSI is a highly experienced coach and is running coaching several RoR training events in Kent.
it is the intention to make you all feel as welcome as possible at these training events and to make them as inclusive as possible. However please be respectful that Chilham is a privately run estate who are being kind enough to let us train at their facility. If you are bringing a dog it must be kept on a lead at all times and all your litter must be taken home with you and you must not muck out your lorry onto their land. Please take all your litter and muck home with you.
This is cross country schooling event, as a result there will be no participation permitted without riders wearing up to date body protectors and crash hats, these will be checked at the scene. In the event that there is a problem riders and participants will not be refunded.
If you are participating in a cross country schooling session you must supply emergency contact info at the time of booking. Your emergency contact should be in attendance for cross country schooling but does not need to be in attendance for other training. Your emergency contact must be over 18. One person can act as an emergency contact for two people attending the same clinic.
REFUNDS will be processed upon production, and successful approval, of a valid veterinary or doctor's certificate relating directly to the horse or rider entered for this event'

No external trainers, no lunging for any sessions.
The owners and associates of Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) will not be liable for any damage caused whatsoever to vehicles, property, animals, trailers, lorries, individuals etc whilst the hirer/coach/clinic attendees/helpers are using the facilities. Should any horse or rider booked on the training damage any jumps, poles, vehicles etc will be responsible for their repair or replacement
If you are booking yourself into a specific group or at a specific time then regrettably it will not be possible to alter your group or time once booked unless under exceptional circumstances.
