This group is for those wishing to book this two day camp and pay in full up front and do the coached one day event on the Sunday, but who do NOT require stabling at any point during camp and will be using their own transport as a daytime base.
On the Sunday you will have the option to either engage in further coaching sessions or to participate in a 'Coached One Day Event.' Please only book into this group if you wish to do the Coached One Day Event on the Sunday. The alternative option is for you to have two coached sessions. If you would prefer to do this then please book in the other group.
Places are offered on a strictly first come first served basis and should the issue arise priority will be given to those paying in full upfront.
Full payment includes:
- tuition on Friday and Saturday with two ridden sessions per day,
- plus an evening lecture demo on the Friday evening,
- Sunday the options are a ‘Coached One Day Event’ or two further group coached sessions. Regrettably it will not be possible to swop you in the week prior to camp or whilst at camp.

- Your own riding equipment which MUST include a crash hat that meets current regulations and a body protector is a compulsory if you wish to go cross country
- Hay / haylage and hard feed for your horse
- An additional bale of shavings to bed your horse on – please do not bring any other bedding without prior agreement
- Your own mucking out tools, grooming kit, and tack, rugs and equipment for your horse.
- Food and refreshments for yourself for the days of camp
- Wine or alcohol if you would like it!

The main aim of this camp is to be as fun and friendly as possible whilst proving good confidence building tuition. People are actively encouraged to come and enjoy the best of what the norfolk countryside has to offer at this time of year.
All dogs to be kept on leads at all times.
Non riding family members are most welcome to come and support.

Hats will be checked to ensure that they are compliant with the current rules and regulations.
Body protectors must be warn at all times when going cross country.
Horses vaccinations will be checked on arrival and no one will be admitted to the stables area without vaccinations being correct as per RoR policy.
If you are paying a deposit and paying the full amount later then please note that payment must be received in full by 12th July. Priority for spaces will be given to those paying in full upfront.
Please ensure that you have selected the group depending on what you want to do on Sunday. Please note that you will not be able to alter your choices within the last week prior to camp or whilst you are at camp.
Blackwater Farm has stunning hacking routes and riding options and campers are actively encouraged to make the most of the opportunity to ride your horse out on miles of sandy tracks away from busy roads.
There are stunning beaches nearby that are easily accesible from Blackwater Farm.
You may bring dogs but they must be on leads at all times.
If you do not wish to stay on site then you will be responsible for booking your own accommodation locally. Please note that this is a very touristy area and this is the height of the tourist season for this area.
No alchohol to be consumed on site by anyone under 18.
All under 18s wishing to stay and camp must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times.
