Dr. Daniel Martin, Performance Director, Combine Performance Limited, Chartered Sport and Exercise Scientist and SENr Performance Nutritionist
Dan completed a PhD in performance nutrition and behaviour change at Liverpool John Moores University, followed by three more years of postdoctoral research. He was the World Class Programme's Performance Nutritionist between 2018-2023 supporting our Showjumping, Eventing, and Dressage athletes for European & World Championships and Olympic games in addition to his role as Head of Industry Nutrition Support in Horseracing.
Andy Thomas, Testt® founder and Chartered Physiotherapist
Andy Thomas has held the roles of High Performance Human Science and Sports Medicine Advisor to the USA (2015 - 2022) and GB Equestrian Teams (2005 - 2015). He has a wealth of experience second to none including attending four Olympic Games and World Championships as well as 12 European Championships.
Forming the link between asymmetry and rider-horse performance, Andy set about extensively researching and developing a system that would allow riders, coaches and therapists to monitor, discuss and remedy asymmetry in athletes across all equestrian disciplines.

Victoria Spalding ACPAT Physiotherapy
Vicky qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1992 and began treating animals as an ACPAT Category A member in 1996. She completed an MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy at the Royal Veterinary College in 2002. Vicky was the Equine Physiotherapist for the senior dressage and eventing teams and accompanied them to all major Championships from 2005-2014, including Olympic Games in Beijing (2008) and London (2012). She now focuses on supporting the Podium Potential squads.
