The Parkend RoR camps have become a firm favourite in the diary with RoR owners, whether you are at the beginning of your RoR journey or been a few times, there is something for all of you at this wonderul fun, informative and beautiful event! Charlotte and her teams are simply amazing, and our advice is, if you can, go, you will not regret it - and trust me, they are addictive!
Please note that riders must be 15 years and over at 1st Jan on the year of the event to be able to participate in RoR activities. Refunds. Note - will only be processed on the production of a valid veterinary or medical certificate relating to the horse/rider entered for this event, less the non-refundable deposit of £50.00

Dress code is casual, but breeches (any colour) or riding tights; riding boots and riding hat to current British standards must be worn. Body Protectors are mandatory and need to be up to date.

Any Participants arriving at Parkend Equestrian known as ‘The Venue’ hereafter, will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
Participants must be registered with RoR and be over the age of 15.
The Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with The Venue, do not accept any liability for any damage, whether occasioned by the negligence or breach of contract or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees or those connected with RoR or The Venue or the Venue’s Facilities or otherwise, whatsoever.
It is an express condition of every person entering The Venue’s facilities that you do so at your own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse on the premises.
Riders must have their own Personal Liability Insurance Policies.
All accidents must be reported, and an Accident Report Form completed by the Instructor and/or a Representative of RoR.
I have read the conditions and agree to be bound by, and observe them and to absolve the RoR, The Venue and anyone else of those connected, with the Venue facilities, for any injury or damage that I might suffer whilst on the premises.
REFUNDS will only be processed upon successful submission and approval of a current veterinary/doctor's certificate relating directly to the horse/rider entered for this event.
NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 1 APRIL 2024 FOR ANY REASON UNLESS THERE IS A REPLACEMENT FROM THE WAIT LIST.
