Camp! Woo! Friday 30th June (5pm onwards) until Sunday 2nd July (5pm) at Ardmedden Equestrian. Get the date in your diaries! Bookings via Horse Monkey will be available soon so keep your eyes peeled.
For anyone arriving on Friday evening we will have a lovely hack round the farm route.
Saturday will be a mix of flatwork, pole work and show jumping.
Sunday you will be able to choose from flatwork, pole work and cross country for 2 lessons (no double xc though).
There will be something for everyone no matter what stage of retraining you are at and you don't need to leave the ground if you don't want to!
David Gatherer and Yvonne Murray will be putting you through your paces. Both have MOUNTAINS of knowledge on exracers so you are in very good hands.
Ardmedden has 50 stables, room for around 10 lorries for hook up, plenty of space for camping or if you fancy a comfy bed there is also some cottages available on a first come, first served basis.
On Saturday afternoon we will have The Glam Groom coming along to give you all the tips and advice you need to turn your horse out to perfection every time! And it will come in handy on the Sunday for our wee Best Turned Out competition.
During the weekend we will also be going a bit old school and will be doing little competitions such as tidiest stable, tack & turnout, best stable door sign for your horse etc! It will be fun fun fun!
 
You will get a stable for the duration of camp (Fri 5pm-Sun 5pm) which includes hay & straw. If you require any other bedding or feed you must bring it yourself. Camping on the campsite is also included, hook up and comfy beds - see below. 
 
Catering - Please bring your own food for Friday evening. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner will be provided on Saturday. Breakfast & Lunch will be provided on Sunday. Please bring your own drinks. Please, please, please let me know if you have any allergies or food requirements!
 
Accomodation & Hook Up will be on a first come, first served basis and will require you to pay Ardmedden directly.

Participants must be registered with RoR and be over the age of 15.

The Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with The Venue, do not accept any liability for any damage, whether occasioned by the negligence or breach of contract or statutory duty of themselves, their servants, agents, employees or those connected with RoR or The Venue or the Venue’s Facilities or otherwise, whatsoever.

It is an express condition of every person entering The Venue’s facilities that you do so at your own risk and voluntarily accepts the risk of injury or damage that is implicit in riding a horse on the premises.

Riders must have their own Personal Liability Insurance Policies.

All accidents must be reported, and an Accident Report Form completed by the Instructor and/or a Representative of RoR.

I have read the conditions and agree to be bound by, and observe them and to absolve the RoR, The Venue and anyone else of those connected, with the Venue facilities, for any injury or damage that I might suffer whilst on the premises.

 

REFUNDS will only be processed upon successful submission and approval of a current veterinary/doctor's certificate relating directly to the horse/rider entered for this event. 

NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 6PM 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT FOR ANY REASON UNLESS THERE IS A REPLACEMENT FROM THE WAIT LIST.
